All of our items are offered with free shipping to delivery addresses within USA (selected areas). Please note that some addresses in very remote areas or urban areas with limited access may incur additional charges. If you think you may live in one of these areas, please contact us for rates prior to making your purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

In-stock items usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Arrival time is generally between 2-5 weeks after placing your order.

For made-to-order products, arrival time is generally between 10-14 weeks.

Delivery dates are estimates only, and coja.com will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense incurred by you if coja.com fails to meet the specified delivery dates.

For our small parcel items, we use UPS, white glove delivery is not available with this service.

All our other orders ship by LTL carrier. If you selected our optional premium white glove delivery service this includes two or more delivery people bringing your merchandise into your home, unpacking and placing it in the room of your choice. White glove also includes removal of discarded packaging materials.

Once your shipment arrives at the delivering terminal, the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. If you are not home to receive a scheduled delivery and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply.

When your shipment arrives, verify the number of boxes delivered is the same as the number of boxes listed on the bill of lading prior to signing for the delivery.

All cartons shipped via freight carrier must be thoroughly inspected for any signs of mishandling such as dents, holes, rips, tears etc.

Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading (delivery receipt) before it is signed. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery, and therefore will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

White glove delivery service is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, coja.com disclaims all liability arising from or related to such white glove delivery service, including without limitation, any liability arising from acts or omissions of individuals providing such white glove delivery service.

Title and risk of loss to the products will pass to you on delivery to the shipping address on record.
